critical Third-Party Inspection (TPI) services for the prefabricated buildings
and steel structures manufactured by Maani Gulf. In a project of this scale,

rigorous engineering standards required for the NEOM development:

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT): We conducted detailed MT inspections on
critical weld connections within the steel frames to detect any surface or
near-surface flaws that could compromise the stability of the modular
buildings.

Third-Party Oversight: Beyond testing, we provided independent verification of
the entire fabrication process, auditing weld procedures and material
specifications to ensure 100% compliance with project blueprints.
